Thank you to our local historian Johanna Rowe, for presenting the update on the Wawa Runestones. There is a lot of work to be done before revealing the whereabouts of the runestone. This is an amazing piece of history in our region, and more explorations and research are needed to determine the extent of the runestones and more accurate estimate on when the carvings were done. We are looking forward to what comes next! Stay tuned!!

Thank you to everyone who came out to Meet the Author Kiara Kiddle! Kiara shared her character profiles with us, as well as the process of finalizing the book cover and the topography of some of the places in her book. She also read and excerpt from “The Silver Princess”! If you missed this event, we do have some books at the library available to buy and we have a copy available for checkout! Thank you, Kiara and we are wishing you all the best!
